About Me
Hi, I’m Melisa Onc — a nutrition student at Rutgers University, and lover of all things wellness, movement, and lifestyle.
My path to nutrition started with curiosity and evolved into purpose. After earning my first bachelor's degree in International Business and working in the food industry, I realized how deeply food, culture, and mindset influence our energy and well-being. I wanted to take that understanding further — to learn the science behind it and help others build confidence through balanced, sustainable living.
Now, I’m studying the science of nutrition while completing my Yoga Instructor certification, blending movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based nutrition to create a lifestyle that feels good inside and out. My goal is to become a Registered Dietitian and use what I’ve learned to help others build realistic, joyful routines that support both the body and mind. I also love exploring the fun side of balance — recipes, fashion, travel, and self-care.
Balanced Bliss by Melis is my creative space to share the things I love: nourishing recipes, simple wellness routines, and everyday inspiration for living with confidence and calm. My approach is all about living fully — nourishing your body, moving with intention, and finding bliss in the balance along the way. ✨
