About the Recipe
Sometimes, you just want that classic granola crunch without the oats, and that’s where this grain-free granola comes in.
I love making this recipe when I’m craving something crispy, nutty, and just a little sweet to top off my breakfast bowls.
It’s inspired by the granola you’d find in stores but without the oats, so you’re left with a pure, nutrient-dense blend of nuts, seeds, and spices.
Whether you’re grabbing a handful for a quick snack, sprinkling it on your yogurt bowl, or using it as a crunchy topping, this granola is a must-try. Packed with healthy fats, protein, and fiber—and low in refined sugar—it’s a perfect addition to any meal prep plan. Here’s how you can make it yourself at home...

Ingredients
1 cup of almonds
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 large handful of pecans,
1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp buckwheat flour (or any flour)
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in one large bowl, and lay it out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Let it completely cook to achieve that perfect crunch. You can store it in an air-tight container to ensure it remains fresh. Then enjoy this versatile granola as part of your breakfast, snack, or dessert lineup!
